The Vibrofiltr Autoshim Black Layer is self-adhesive, lightweight and flexible foam mat with open cells, made on the basis of foamed polyurethane soaked with latex impregnation, characterized by high efficiency of sound absorption (noise). The sound-absorbing impregnation additionally improves the acoustic properties, protects against moisture, protects against aging of the base material and gives it a specific ability to slowly return to the original shape after prior compression (so-called shape memory effect). 

The Vibrofiltr Autoshim silencing mats are soft and easy to install on surfaces with a flat or complicated shape. They are intended for use inside vehicles, mainly for upholstery elements and roof linings, as an effective noise absorbing material for medium and high frequencies. Thanks to the non-aggressive elasticity and the ability to adjust to the shape, the Vibrofiltr Autoshim sound absorbing foams are also ideal for suppressing cracks, creaking and resonances of plastic cab elements and car upholstery (eg door panels, roof liner, cockpit, center console, etc.)
